Fontzilla's Poetry

I used to write a lot of poetry. I've dabbled in some off and on over my adult years.
Here are some of the things I've written, in no particular order.
Many of these are older FontPlays and I no longer have the original Photoshop files.
If I didn't specify the font, it's because I haven't had a chance to do a match to figure it out.

The poem was written in 1975. The photograph is a much more recent one -- a still life of many of my keepsakes.

The poem was written in 1975.

Don't recall when I wrote this, but my mother passed away in 1978, and my daughter was born in 1982, so it was obviously after that.

Written for my grandmother's 80th birthday. The title is set in Caflisch while the body is set in Mordred. The roses
came from a clip art collection; I used two copies, flipping one, for the border.

The poem was written in 1975.

Written in 2003, after my granddaughter was born. The image is a stock flag photo. The words are set in URW's LeGriffeEF.

The image is a stock flag photo. I wrote this poem when I was a junior in high school (1975-6). It's set in Adobe's Balzano.

Written in 2002.

I wrote new lyrics for the tune "Space Trucking" in 2002, celebrating fontaholics everywhere. The lyrics are set with Shy Fonts SF Electrotome. The background graphics are a combination of a bunch of space-themed images gathered from a wide range of sources, with a few made from scratch in Photoshop.
